Company Information

LGC is an experienced full-service, union, licensed and insured General Contractor. We have serviced the St. Louis area since 1971. Incorporated in 1979, we have specialized in the construction of commercial interior office space. In 1992, we instituted a plastic laminate and wood cabinet and top production facility.

We are involved with all phases of interior finish, such as drywall, drywall partitions, custom millwork, custom finishes, acoustical ceiling and all types of painting and wall covering. These phases are completed with our own AFL-CIO labor force.

We subcontract work such as flooring, plumbing, electrical and mechanical. We have a select group of subcontractors that we have worked with for many years, and they supply the quality that we demand.
